The hat has a base of mounting card for support and structure. This base is 50cm wide and covered in 0.40mm latex sheet in any colour. Inside the Flat Topped round hat has latex encapsulated padding inside for comfort and is made to measure your head size. The hat top is 4" high. A huge 14” bow in any colour is added for style plus a hat band to finish. 
 
The Hat is made to your preferences in latex colours by Radical Rubber or Supatex.

Hats is sent in a well protected large card box. Recommend to store in hat box or acid free tissue paper.
