Repairs & Alterations
I offer a latex repairs and alteration service which has saved many latex garments.
I charge £20 per hour plus materials costs such as latex sheet, zips, padlocks, hardware.
I can repair rips, holes, tears in a number of ways from patches, appliqués and replacing panels to redesigns.
This service is very popular because you can save your favourite latex garments and wear with confidence again.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for this service as it is first in first out and one one person in the studio.

Patch
If you have a small hole or tear in your latex, an option is to apply a patch at the back to reinforce your latex. If the join is unclean, you can add trim to the front to cover the line or hole.
Zip replace
If your latex is badly torn or ripped, an option is to redesign your latex into something brand new such as a completely different outfit.
Redesign
If your latex is badly torn or ripped, an option is to redesign your latex into something brand new such as a completely different outfit.
Panel replace
If your latex has a large tear or rip, such as the tops of stockings or a neckline, an option is to replace the panel with new latex sheet to make your garment as good as new.
Reinforce
Some latex garments need more reinforcement at the seams, joins or hems. You can have your garment reinforced around snap fasteners, zips, eyelets using latex coated twill to strengthen the metal hardware.
Replicate
If love a latex garment or accessory, an option is to replicate your latex so you can have a garment in a a different colour way. Copying the design or adding new features to create your custom latex.
Applique
If you have a small hole or tear, an option instead of a patch on the inside is to apply an appliqué to cover the area such as letters or symbols, picture to create a unique look.
Alteration
If you buy latex off the peg, sometimes the sizes do not fit well or is too baggy or tight. One option is to have your latex alterations to make your garment made to measure.
Made to measure
Using the pattern from an old, torn, ripped latex garment as a pattern to me made in new latex sheeting. You can have alterations to the design to make unique and made to measure.
