All Latex designs by "Debauchee Latex" are made to order and specification with limited stock. I always strive to complete your orders in the quickest possible time, estimated 2 to 4 weeks, but in busy periods this can take up to 4 to 6 weeks for completion of orders. Custom designs please allow 6 to 8 weeks. Delays can be due to latex sheet suppliers being out of stock of specific colours or is latex sheets are made to order. There is an order priority that prioritises according to date of purchase.  If you have purchased multiple items all in stock items will be held and sent together once all the items in your order have been manufactured. Estimated time for sending out orders will be regularly communicated. If an order runs overtime, a latex neoprene locking bondage belt will be given as a thank you for your patience. Please note, Debauchee is run by a solo trader and designer with physical disabilities that affect ability to manufacture latex designs quickly and without additional staff. Your understanding is appreciated greatly! Read the Terms and conditions for more information.  Orders will be produced exactly in accordance with the specification made by the Buyer. If the Buyer wishes to make changes to the order after it has been accepted by "Debauchee Latex", such changes must be notified to "Debauchee Latex" in writing no less than seven days after the placing of the original order. "Debauchee Latex" will not accept alterations to the order after this period.

Payment is due with order - either by credit card or PayPal via "Debauchee Latex" shop. We will not commence work on an order before receipt of payment. Alternatively, orders can be made throygh "Debauchee Latex" Etsy shop. If the Buyer cancels any payment by credit card, cheque or other financial instrument after the goods have been dispatched, then "Debauchee Latex" reserves the right to take legal action for the recovery of the goods.

All latex made by "Debauchee Latex" are made to order and colour. "Debauchee Latex" always strives to complete your orders in the quickest possible time but in busy periods this can take up to the 8 week period . MOULDED RUBBER CAN TAKE LONGER as we have no control on manufacture. If you have purchased multiple items from "Debauchee Latex" all in stock items will be held and sent together once all the items in your order have been manufactured.

Orders of physical products are posted in the UK via Royal Mail 24 with tracking. Tracking will be sent via email. Latex repairs and alterations are sent via Royal Mail Next day Special Delivery with tracking, signed for and insurance of £750 for peace of mind (additional insurance available for extra cost) Under 1KG is £8.50 and up to 2KG is £12.00. If parcels weigh more than 2KG, it will be sent in more than one parcel. Orders are sent out when production is complete, but delivery time depends on your location and your local postal service. If you need your order urgently, please use our Rapid Order service. "Debauchee Latex" shall not be liable for any penalty, loss, injury, damage or expense arising from any delay or failure in delivery or performance from any cause at all; nor shall any such delay or failure entitle the Buyer to refuse to accept any delivery, to repudiate the contract, or claim any refund of monies paid in respect of the contract.

"Debauchee Latex" works on first in first out basis for all orders via the "Debauchee Latex" shop, Etsy or for repairs & alterations. If you need your order urgently, please contact for the Rapid Order service. This service can work to your date that you need the latex by within 2 weeks or purchase. For products purchased through "Debauchee Latex" shop or Etsy that are eligibale for the rapid service will be charged an additional £40 for the rush 2 week rapid service. An additional cost of £10 per hour for repairs and alterations rapid service. Only one rapid service is available per month. No responsibility is accepted for the Royal Mail postal service delay. No responsibility is accepted for materials delivery required that may take longer due to being out of stock or postal delivery delays that affect dispatch.

Latex Repairs and Alterations are guaranteed for one year. If any issue with a repair or alteration has occured please contact with pictures and a description of problem. Any additional damage not initially fixed by "Debauchee Latex" are not covered by the guarantee. If you find tears, holes, rips or other damage to your latex that was NOT fixed by "Debauchee Latex", no responsibility will be held by "Debauchee Latex". Only the work carried out for repairs and alterations are covered

Latex bought only off peg can sometimes be too small or too big in certain areas. I offer a latex alteration service to make your garemtn made to measure. I will request picturs of the garment and measurements. You can have panels replaced or additional panels to make a small garment bigger.

When a customer contacts "Debauchee Latex" for a quote on a latex repair or alteration service. Photos will be requested of the customer in order to asses the latex for a quote. When the latex arrives and the work requirs more time or resources, this will be communicated to the customer. There is no obligation to continue and a refund minus return postal cost will be deducted. Customers can directly post to "Debauchee Latex" for a quote. This is especially useful if the repairs or alterations are more complex or many garments needing to be assesed for work. A no obligation quote will be given per garment. If the customer doesnt want to go ahead with the repairs or alterations on their latex, a refund minus postal cost will be sent.

Latex repairs and alterations are returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery next day with tracking, signed for and £750 insurance for peace of mind up to 1KG is £8.50. For parcels up to £2kg is £11.50. If latex repairs or alterations are more than 2kg, the latex will be split into a number of parcels. Additional insurance can be purchase for an extra charge. Orders via the "Debauchee Latex" shop are sent via Royal Mail tracking 24 hours. Please note "Debauchee Latex" cannot be held responsible for delays in postage through Royal Mail. Even with 24 hour or Special Delivery next day delivery can take longer than advertised. Royal Mail advises that parcels can take up to 5 days for delivery due to delays.

Latex sent to "Debauchee Latex" for repairs, alterations or other services must be washed prior to posting. Customers are advised to thouroughly soak and wash their latex garment using a surfactant such as washing up liquid to remove any silicone, shiner or natural oils from the surface. Latex must be dried well adn lightly powderd to prevent sticking If latex is sent to "Debauchee Latex" without being washed, or prep, a £40 washing fee will be requested via Paypal or Etsy. Latex can take a couple of hours to wash and dry so is charged accordingly. It is evident immedietely if latex has been washed or not. Latex garments will not be returned until the wahsing fee is paid.

All products are made to order and items are started once funds have been cleared in our accounts. All orders are completed on a first in first out basis. Despite all products shown as being 'in stock', every item is in fact made by hand to order. With this in mind, we also cannot control the postal/courier service once it leaves. Please allow 4-6 weeks turnaround time provided we have that latex sheeting in stock. This will allow for us to complete the many stages that into making your piece and allow time for the possibility of us having to adhere to our strict Quality control measures. We take pride in the quality of our garments and will not sacrifice quality for speed.

All items available for sale from "Debauchee Latex" shop are made to order and therefore no returns or exchange are accepted. We cannot offer refunds for Made-to-Order garments for any other reason. This is because such garments are made to order to the customer's specification and it is very difficult for us to re-sell them. You must notify "Debauchee Latex" of any defect in the garment or mistake in your order/wish to exchange size within 7 days of receiving your order - otherwise we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. If the garments you have ordered suffer from manufacturing defects or are not what you ordered, we will replace them free of charge, provide a credit note for goods to the same value, or refund your money. "Debauchee Latex" cannot offer cash refunds on garments in any other circumstances, but may at our discretion offer an exchange or credit note. Manufacturing defects will be rectified at our own cost. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or poor care of garments. For hygiene reasons "Debauchee Latex" cannot accept items that have been worn, other than tried on. Unworn items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a size exchangeas long as they are in their original condition. "Debauchee Latex" are unable to exchange items that have been altered, chlorinated or treated in any way. PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR OWN PRODUCTS TO POLISH/LUBRICATE THE GARMENTS BEFORE YOU HAVE TRIED THEM ON FIRST. Please contact "Debauchee Latex" first before returning items within 7 days of receipt. We strongly advise you to use Registered Post Royal Mail Special Delivery or Signed-For Delivery or equivalent, as we cannot exchange your garments if they get lost in the post. In the case of goods that are made to order, or sold through one of "Debauchee Latex" shops, "Debauchee Latex" shall only consider refunding the Buyer with the full cost of the goods in the event that they are of faulty manufacture or do not comply with their description, but in no other circumstances. "Debauchee Latex" may also offer to replace goods free of charge or at cost price, or to offer a credit note. "Debauchee Latex"will replace garments that are of the wrong size with a garment of the correct size free of charge. This does not apply to garments that are made to measure. Unless goods are being returned because they are faulty or not what was ordered, "Debauchee Latex"cannot accept items that have been damaged through improper handling or use or items that have been worn, other than tried on. Refunds will only be given on such items provided they are unworn (apart from having been tried on) in their original condition. "Debauchee Latex" will not give refunds on, or exchange, items that have been altered, chlorinated or treated in any way. The Buyer shall be responsible for the costs of returning such items to "Debauchee Latex", unless they are being returned because they are faulty or not what was ordered.

If you wish to cancel an order you may do so, but you must email us at debauchee@icloud.com with your order number within 7 days of placing it - after that, we will have started making it and you won't be able to cancel it. The same applies if you wish to make alterations to your order after placing it - we can accept changes up to 7 days after you placed your order with us. The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory UK rights. Please Note- Rapid Orders cannot be changed once the order has been placed. This is because your order will be started immediately to meet the dispatch deadline. If the Buyer wishes to cancel an order, "Debauchee Latex" must be notified of cancellation within seven days of the order being placed. "Debauchee Latex" reserves the right to charge the Buyer 20% of the cost of the goods to defray administrative costs.

Any claim for non-delivery of any of the goods shall be notified in writing by the Buyer to "Debauchee Latex" within 10 days of the expected delivery date. Any claim under these conditions must be in writing and must contain full details of the claim. Any claim that any goods that have been delivered are damaged or are not of the correct quantity, are of faulty manufacture or do not comply with their description, is to be notified by the Buyer to "Debauchee Latex" as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event in writing within seven days of their delivery. "Debauchee Latex" shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to investigate any claims made under these conditions and the Buyer shall, if so requested by "Debauchee Latex", promptly return any goods which are the subject of any claim, and any packing materials, securely packed.

Debauchee Latex can not accept any personal or third party injuries, or damage to persons or person, or property when using its products. All products form "Debauchee Latex" should be used in a safe and consensual manner by adults over the age of 18 only.

In very rare cases, the garment sent for latex repairs and alterations service to "Debauchee Latex" may tear or encounter damage due to a weak seam, the restoration process, or the deconstruction of the garment for repair or alteration. "Debauchee Latex" will try to repair the damage to the best of their abilities, but cannot be held responsible if the item cannot be restored. Communications will be made to the customer with explanation of issues encountered during the latex repairs and alterations process. Sometimes the glue bond cannot be released if the latex is older or if poor quality latex was used (cheap Chinese brands) and some handmade latex sheets. When using chemicals to dissolve the glue on latex, it can cause the latex to melt. If this is the case, I will let you know what your options are.

Latex sheets are made from a natural product. Under a microscope, latex sheet looks like layers and layers of latex (similar to many hashtags layered). As a result, inflatable latex made from latex sheets may find over time the item will begin to deflate. This may be due to micro holes that will slowly over many days release air similar to a helium baloon.

"Debauchee Latex" offers a one year guarantee for products purchased from the "Debauchee Latex" shop. Latex repairs will be offerd up to one year after purchase. However repairs will not be carried out for products that have not been used for their intended purpose or have been overly carelessly treated. There will also be no free repair for damages which are deliberately or carelessly caused. The same goes for malicious damage.

When a customer sends measurements for a alateration to "Debauchee Latex", it is important to be accurate. Any mistakes made by the customer will not be the responsibility of "Debauchee Latex" when performing alterations on a customers latex. While "Debauchee Latex" will make every reasonable effort to ensure correct fitting of garments, it cannot guarantee a perfect fit in cases where measurements are supplied by the customer or the Buyer on the customer's behalf. In the event that a garment does not fit properly, "Debauchee Latex" may, at its option, offer to re-make the garment at a cost to be agreed between "Debauchee Latex" and the Buyer, but which will not generally exceed 60% of the original price. The above conditions do not apply in the case of custom-made designs, in which case, any re-makes, adjustments or other alterations shall be charged at a price to be agreed between "Debauchee Latex" and the Buyer.

If the Buyer is purchasing the goods with a view to resale via the internet or through any other retail outlet, then the goods, or any item comprising the goods, shall only be sold by the Buyer at a price (net of VAT) no less than the retail price of the goods advertised on the "Debauchee Latex" website www.debaucheelatex.com or Etsy Debauchee store, except for limited promotional offers, or with the written agreement of "Debauchee Latex" If reselling the goods, the Buyer will sell the goods in the same condition as they are received, and shall not deface or alter the goods or their packaging, remove or modify any label or identity insignia applied to or furnished in connection with the goods. The Buyer shall not sell the goods under any trademark or name except as specified by"Debauchee Latex", except with the express permission of "Debauchee Latex". The Buyer shall not, except with the written consent of "Debauchee Latex", use the goods or the design of the goods in any advertising material, nor shall the Buyer sell, advertise for sale or promote the sale of the goods by mail order or on the Internet.

"Debauchee Latex" can send products worldwide however individual postal quotes to a location is required. Contast "Debauchee Latex" for a quote if you are outside of the UK. Latex repairs and alterations are not offered worldwide and only available in the UK

In no circumstances shall the liability of "Debauchee Latex" to the Buyer under this condition or under the contract exceed the invoice value of the goods. "Debauchee Latex" will not be held responsible for any accident, injury to the Buyer or death resulting from misuse of "Debauchee Latex"products, or for any allergenic reactions caused by the Buyer or the Buyer's agents coming into contact with the "Debauchee Latex" "Debauchee Latex" shall have no liability with regard to any claim in respect of which the Buyer has not complied with the procedures laid down in these Conditions. Under no circumstances shall "Debauchee Latex" have any liability of whatever nature for: a) any defect arising from wear, tear accident or improper use by the Buyer b) any goods which have been adjusted, modified, or repaired, except by "Debauchee Latex"; c) the suitability of any of the goods for any particular purpose for use under specific conditions, whether or not the purpose or conditions were known or communicated to"Debauchee Latex" d) any descriptions, specifications, illustrations or drawings submitted by "Debauchee Latex" or contained in "Debauchee Latex" catalogue, price lists or elsewhere, since they are merely intended to give an indication of the nature of the garment and may not be regarded as definitive; e) any variations in the quantities or dimensions of any goods or changes in their specifications or substitution of any materials or components, if the variation or substitution does not materially effect the characteristics of the goods, and the substituted materials or components are of a quality equal or superior to those originally specified. In no circumstances shall the liability of "Debauchee Latex" to the Buyer under this condition or under the contract exceed the invoice value of the goods.

Repairing chlorinated items is more expensive as are ones that are excessively lube-y or dirty, etc. This is because we’ll have to do work to even get it to a point where we can try to repair it, and that takes time and materials. Chlorinated latex needs to be prepared with sanding using scouring pads, dremel tooths, sandpaper to roughen the latex surface. Then using Acetone and Bostik thinner to prep the surface for gliue and dehydrate for a good bond. This takes time and skill which is why repairing or alterting chlorinated latex costs more per hour,

Latex products purchased from "Debauchee Latex" shop are made to order. This means external suppliers provide the various materials used for handmade products on the "Debauchee Latex" shop. As a result, delays may occur when purchasin materials used in making a product sold. Communication will be made if delays occur due to external suppliers. Latex is purchased from "Radical Rubber" which sometimes have latex sheet colours out of stock and delays may occur.
